ELECTORAL ROLL APPLICATION FORM   

The electoral roll of the Parish is now being revised between 2nd March and 19th April 2025

Note even if you were on the previous roll you will not automatically be added to the new one

You must complete a new application form and return it before 19th April

If you are not on the Roll then you cannot vote at the APCM in May

It is one form per person.

You can either

• print the form and hand it to one of the Churchwardens Marion Forshaw or Linda Haigh or post it through the Parish church letter box
• complete it on line and email to marionf03@gmail.com
