ELECTORAL ROLL APPLICATION FORM   

The electoral roll of the Parish has now been revised and can be viewed in our churches

If you are not on the Roll then you cannot vote at the APCM on 8th May.

Applications are closed untill after the APCM

It is one form per person.

You can either

• print the form and hand it to the Electoral Roll Officer Marion Forshaw or post it through the Parish church letter box
• complete it on line and email to marionf03@gmail.com
